Succession Planning

72 % of family companies fail within 5 years of the death of principle.  This percentage increases to 87% when the business is passed to the 3rd generation. The main reason for these companies failing is that a succession plan was not put in place. Succession plans can take years to implement and we in Quintas can guide you in the process. We can advise on passing  business and personal assets tax efficiently while also preparing both the outgoing and incoming members of the family for the road ahead. We provide a service which not only saves tax but also saves families from having substantial non financial problems during difficult times.
