Individuals, like companies, need personal tax advice on a continuous basis. Quintas assist clients who are selling companies or selling businesses to make sure that they are paying as little tax as possible, while ensuring they stay within the rules of the tax legislation. This might mean planning to ensure a business owner can claim entrepreneur relief or retirement relief. We at Quintas regularly advise on tax resident and domicile issues for individuals coming into Ireland and leaving Ireland.
