Patrick became a Partner of the Firm in April 2001.

Patrick is one of the Partners working within the SME department of Quintas. This department offers a broad array of services to its clients including Audit Compliance, SME’s Accounts Preparation, Personal & Corporate Taxation, Company Secretarial and Financial Business Advisory.

Sector Experience

Patrick’s client portfolio includes businesses from a variety of industry sectors. Patrick has significant knowledge and experience of the retail sector, aviation, haulage, not for profit, agri-businesses, hospitality sector, construction, professional contractors and property management companies.

Qualifications & Roles

Patrick is a qualified ACCA and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Ireland. Patrick is the Partner in charge of the Training & Education Committee within Quintas and is also a member of the Compliance & Best Practice Committee within Quintas.

Eugene’s client portfolio includes Irish subsidiaries of multinational parent companies, manufacturing companies, credit unions, solicitors, charities and other regulated entities.

Eugene also provides a range of forensic accounting services.

Eugene represents the  Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland on the Companies Registration Office Forum.

Eugene is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Ireland and holds an Audit Practicing Certificate.

Tim leads the Corporate Finance & Advisory department. This department offers a bespoke service of personal attention to its clients including banking, corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning and advice on management and growth.

Areas of Speciality

Tim specializes in providing bespoke and specialist advice to clients in relation to the design and implementation of business growth and strategic business planning. Tim advises his clients around succession planning, shareholder agreements, estate planning, key executive appointments, finance options both mainstream and private equity structure.

Qualifications

Tim is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Ireland, a member of the Institute to Directors and holds a Diploma in Banking and Corporate Recovery from the Law society of Ireland.
