As we race towards the end of the financial year I am drawn back to the start of the year when I would have set my own personal and business goals and also assisted some of our clients in setting out their financial plans for 2011.
As we reflect on the year gone by we can sometimes get downhearted about what was not done rather than focus on what was achieved. In some cases there maybe areas where we will have to go back to the drawing board completely.
