We have formed an integral part of teams involved in management buy-outs (MBOs). We have been at the cutting edge of very specific challenges analyising the opportunity, negotiating the deal before taking over the business.
We work in these situations frequently and have the experience and credibility to help secure finance and a well negotiated end position.
We would also work very closely with the new team making sure the business plan projected is delivered to the new investors.
As a firm we are close to the market from both a corporate finance and an investment management perspective. Therefore we are particularly well placed to work with venture capitalists, private equity firms and banks-using our research to understand the market, finding acquistion targets, provide strong transaction support and due diligence. We also provide strategic board advisory services to clients.
